Level 2 broad-based black economic- empowerment company, Lubritech Manu-facturing specialises in hydrocarbon contamination solutions by managing and controlling contamination at the source.

A rise in mechanised mining has led to an increased use of oil and grease, with a resultant impact on safety, the environment and metallurgical performance. Treatment at the source of the hydrocarbon contamination minimises these risks.

Lubritech’s hydrocarbon contamination treatment, HTech, neutralises oil pollution and stains by rendering hydrocarbons inert to become an environmentally friendly, non-hazardous substance.

HTech is at the forefront of the natural and environmentally safe treatment and remediation of oil staining and pollution, leaving water and the environment free of hydrocarbon contamination. The treatment has a positive effect on the environment without any negative impact on the performance of the downstream metallurgical plant. Using HTech on mines and workshop areas leads to a safer, cleaner environment.

In addition, Lubritech Manufacturing has developed a reagent called DisFlo that has

been formulated and designed to improve the recovery and grade of most metallurgical commodities that use flotation as a concentration method.

Lubritech Manufacturing’s experienced team works with skilled engineers to design and implement mineral processing plants and to provide cost-effective solutions for its clients.
